“The Valences of Femininity”, a project of the Academy of Romanian Scientists, is a series of conferences dedicated to women and their status in today’s world. Under the aegis of the founding principles and values of contemporary humanism, the conferences promote the fundamental role of women in today’s and tomorrow’s society.
The conceptual approaches are accompanied by success stories of women who have achieved success in their fields and can thus serve as benchmarks, role models and sources of inspiration.
Conferences are given by personalities from science, research, education, culture, business, personal development, etc. in an elite setting of dialogue and exchange of ideas.
The “Valences of Femininity” Conferences, held at academic level, are a plea for value and merit, for education, respect, fairness and empathy, for the communion of ideas and aspirations and social harmony, in a vision of European essence, open to the future.
