On Wednesday, May 25, 2022, the Portuguese Embassy hosted a conference entitled Blue Talks = Bridges to Lisbon . Representatives of the diplomatic corps, academics, representatives of the local administration, specialists in the field were invited to participate in the event.
The organizers invited Ms. to attend this conference. Prof. Dr. Eng. Doina Banciu, Vice President of AOSR, and Mr. Prof. univ. Dr. Eng. Victor Ciupina – President of the Constanța Branch of AOSR who gave an intervention in the panel “Dialogue on increasing scientific knowledge and developing research capacity and transfer of marine technology” .
Representatives of the Academy of Romanian Scientists participated in the discussions and showed AOSR’s readiness to support programs and projects on sustainable development and environmental protection.
