Optimizing the quality of life of children in the field of pediatrics is an essential objective for both the Republic of Moldova and Romania. Both countries are investing in the development of health systems to ensure adequate care for children and to promote their healthy growth and development. In Moldova, the health system is still suffering from financial and infrastructure problems. However, the Moldovan government and international organizations are working together to improve access to health services for children and provide health education and prevention. Significant progress has been made in Romania in terms of access to pediatric healthcare, but challenges remain in terms of unequal distribution of resources and quality of services in different regions of the country.<\/p>\n\n
For both countries, optimizing children’s quality of life in paediatrics involves the following issues such as access to quality health care, education and prevention, infrastructure and human resource development, monitoring and evaluation systems, and community and family involvement.<\/p>\n
