From World Education Day<\/strong>, The Academy of Romanian Scientists<\/strong> is addressed to all teachers at all levels of the education system, thanks and congratulations for the work of instruction and moral formation of pupils and students<\/strong> and wishes them a school and university year full of successes, achievements, joy and fulfilment!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We live in an era in which Knowledge is assumed programmatically as a means of development on all levels, as a factor of progress and evolution of man, society and civilisation on a European and global level. Education<\/strong>, carried out progressively and continuously, throughout the educational cycles, from pre-school to university and beyond, throughout life, in the lifelong learning<\/em> paradigm, is the path to Knowledge<\/strong>. In the process of personal development and in the overall progress of society, quality, effective and efficient education<\/strong> is of fundamental importance<\/strong>. The teacher plays a key role in the whole process<\/strong>, and the quality and effectiveness of education and its openness to high performance and competitive results depend on him or her.<\/p>\n\n

The Academy of Romanian Scientists<\/strong>, made up of teachers and researchers, starting from the central role of teachers in the educational process, expresses its respect and gratitude for the work of teachers <\/strong>and its solidarity with their aspirations regarding their status and recognition in society. At the same time, in an era of fierce competition and unprecedented technological progress, AOSR supports quality, efficiency and excellence in education<\/strong> through all its programmes and projects. Quality education <\/strong>depends on quality teachers<\/strong>, who, with dedication, competence, responsibility and dedication, train young generations in the spirit of excellence and performance<\/strong>, thus participating in the building of European Romania<\/strong>, a developed and competitive country through science and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n
