{"id":29366,"date":"2023-08-07T13:09:47","date_gmt":"2023-08-07T10:09:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aosr.ro\/women-in-the-local-community\/"},"modified":"2023-09-05T20:19:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T17:19:10","slug":"women-in-the-local-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aosr.ro\/en\/women-in-the-local-community\/","title":{"rendered":"Women in the local community"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The functioning and development of a local community has as its &#8220;key element&#8221; &#8211; the woman.<\/strong><strong style=\"color: initial;\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Looking back, from her role in a household, to her role as wife and mother, to the women entrepreneurs in that community today, <strong>\n  <em>the smooth running and development of the community was based on women. <\/em>\n<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>This statement is supported by the following activities in a local community where women are predominantly involved:<\/p>\n<p>  \u2043 <strong>\n  <em>through motherhood<\/em>\n<\/strong>she is usually the main person in charge of preparing children for kindergarten and school, which makes <strong>\n  <em>her role in reducing school drop-out;<\/em>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  \u2043 <strong>\n  <em>the kindergarten teacher<\/em>\n<\/strong> are predominantly female occupations, which emphasizes <strong>\n  <em>the role of women in educating the community&#8217;s population.<\/em>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>\n  <em>\u2043<\/em>\n<\/strong><strong>\n  <em> nurse<\/em>\n<\/strong> is most often female and <strong>\n  <em>sometimes even the doctor<\/em>\n<\/strong> in the community is also a woman. Thus, <strong>\n  <em>medical services and population health are closely linked to women.<\/em>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  \u2043 according to statistics, <strong>\n  <em>the majority of civil servants are women<\/em>\n<\/strong> which reflects <strong>\n  <em>the link between local public administration and women. <\/em>\n<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>  \u2043 although they are <strong>\n  <em>in the minority, women entrepreneurs and women politicians are also &#8220;key positions&#8221; for local community development. <\/em>\n<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>In conclusion, starting from the pillars of local community development, the idea of women&#8217;s cohesion in a local community, in an associative form, is emphasised for the good functioning and progress of that community.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The functioning and development of a local community has as its &#8220;key element&#8221; &#8211; the woman.
