2.<\/em> Voting for full, corresponding and honorary members is direct and secret. Online or proxy voting is not allowed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

3.<\/em> Voting for associate, honorary or honorary members from abroad is direct and open. Online or proxy voting is not allowed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
